Discord User IDs Scraper — Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026. Applies to Discord User IDs Scraper version 1.0.

Discord User IDs Scraper exports unique user IDs from the member list available in an open Discord server channel. Processing takes place in your browser. The extension does not send collected member data to the developer, operate a developer backend, or include advertising or analytics.

Information the extension handles

The extension does not read chat messages, direct messages, passwords, authentication tokens, cookies, payment details or your general browsing history. It does not request Discord API access or bot access.

How information is used

Discord User IDs Scraper uses this information to locate and scroll the available member list, collect and deduplicate IDs, track progress, detect interruptions, and create the plain-text export you requested. It starts scanning only after you click the scan button. You may stop early and export a partial list.

Storage and deletion

Collected IDs and row-tracking values are held temporarily in memory during scanning and export. This version does not save a persistent member collection in extension storage or sync it across devices.

Temporary scan status, including server/channel identifiers and counts, is kept in Chrome’s session storage. The extension removes the tab’s status when that tab closes. Chrome clears session storage on browser restart and when the extension is disabled, reloaded or updated. Reloading or closing the Discord page also ends its scanner.

An exported .txt file stays in the location you choose until you delete it. Its filename includes the Discord server ID and a timestamp, and may mark a partial export. Chrome may keep an entry in download history. Delete exported files and download-history entries separately if you no longer want them. Removing the extension does not delete exported files.

If you used an earlier build that saved server collections in local extension storage, those older records may remain after an upgrade. Uninstalling the extension clears its extension storage; it does not remove downloaded files.

Sharing and network activity

The extension does not upload, sell or share collected IDs with the developer, advertisers or data brokers. You control any later sharing of exported files. Saving a file to a cloud-synced folder may cause your chosen sync provider to upload it under that provider’s settings.

The extension does not make its own external network requests. Scrolling Discord’s member list may cause the Discord website itself to load additional members or images through its normal connection. Discord’s own privacy practices continue to apply.

Permissions

This release declares no persistent host permissions and uses no remotely hosted executable code.

Limited use

Discord User IDs Scraper uses handled data only to provide the member-list export described here. It does not use or transfer data for advertising, unrelated profiling, creditworthiness or lending. Its use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This policy page

This page contains no analytics, external fonts, cookies, forms or third-party scripts. When hosted online, the hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, under its own privacy policy. Those website requests do not contain the IDs exported by the extension.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions, use the developer contact email displayed in the Developer section of the Discord User IDs Scraper Chrome Web Store listing. The developer cannot retrieve or delete files stored only on your device. Changes to these practices will be reflected in an updated policy and effective date.

Discord User IDs Scraper is an independent extension and is not affiliated with Discord.
